  • Reservation using this form needs to be made 2 days in advance.
  • The reservation is confirmed at the point, when we see your request and reply to it.

  • If you would like guide in English, please inform us at the time of booking.Guide is provided only in Japanese and English.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations, we require the following cancellation fees depending on when you contact us.
Until 17pm on the day before: Free / After 18pm on the day before: 20% / On the day: 50% / Without any contact: 100%

If you wish to book several courses, please list additional courses in the ‘Other requests and contacts’ section.

(If you are not staying overnight in Kamikochi, please type in “Day Trip”)

Questions or Special Requests

  • If you are requesting for a private course, please type in your desired departure time and area here.
  • If you have participants that are junior high school students or below, please inform us here.
  • If you wish to cancel a course that you have already booked,please enter the details of the course you wish to cancel in the form and "Cancellation request" in this field.
